To fix my battery issue with the iPhone, Apple did a complete software restore. When I synced the next time, I had 8 pages of apps. @_@ Yikes! Apparently iTunes syncs all of the apps I ever downloaded.
Some asked me what could those possibly be, so here they are along with a short description of what I use them for. My favorites are in bold.

Melting men: Thousand ice sculptures left to thaw in the sun to highlight climate change in Arctic By Daily Mail Reporter
Last updated at 9:03 AM on 03rd September 2009
A thousand miniature people have slowly melted away in a Berlin square in an effort to draw attention to melting ice caps in Greenland and Antarctica.
Brazilian artist Nele Azevedo carved the figures out of ice and placed them on steps in the central Gendarmenmarkt square where they began to melt within about half an hour.
Temperatures in Berlin were about 73 degrees Fahrenheit (23 Celsius) Wednesday.
Ice cool: Small ice figures are seen on the stairs of Gendarmenmarkt in Berlin, German today as part of an art project by World Wide Fund for Nature
The installation, Melting Men, was meant to spotlight the World Wildlife Fund’s warning that melting ice could possibly cause levels to rise more than 3.3 ft by 2100.
The group warns that the warming of the Arctic will change weather in different parts of the world and increase the release of greenhouse gases into the atmosphere.
Since 2005, Azevedo has been setting up her Melting Men in various countries around the world. Although originally intended as a critic of the role of monuments in cities, environmentalists around the world are adopting her work as climate change art.
Ice ice, baby: Around a thousand ice figures by Brazilian artist Nele Azevedo were melting within 30 minutes symbolizing the effect of global warming
Center of attention: The action was meant to spotlight the World Wildlife Fund’s warning that melting ice could possibly cause levels to rise more than 3.3 ft by 2100
When asked if she was a climate activist, Azevedo told greenmuze.com: ‘No. I’m an artist, master of visual arts from the University of Sao Paolo.
‘This work was conceived as a critical view of the official historical monuments. As the reading and interpretation of an art piece is open, I’m glad it can also speak of urgent matters that threaten our existence on this planet.’
‘The project started with solitary figures, later a multitude of small sculptures of ice were placed in public spaces of several cities. The memory is inscribed in the photographic image and shared by everyone. It is not reserved to great heroes nor to great monuments.’

Can’t go to the fair to take those classy photo booth pictures? Now you can. A buddy of mine sent me this link and I must admit, it’s pretty cool! Very realistic.
You’ve heard everybody say it – “Actions speak louder than words.” I, sometimes, wonder: What happens when actions become a routine and sometimes all you need to hear is a word? What happens when you’ve gotten tired of someone putting on a mask to provide beautiful and great actions, but you very seldom hear words?
Balance is the key. There HAS to be a balance between actions and words. I absolutely detest when people tell me: “I do this, and that, and this, and that for her/him…” Many times, I said: Wow, I wonder why he/she pays no mind to those actions; then I ask: “Have you told the person how you feel”? Surprisingly, I got the response I was looking for: No. There has to be a balance in all relationships. I do a lot for God… But I’m sure He wouldn’t mind for me to stop in my day and just say: “I love you”. I can just imagine the smile on His face.
Sometimes people need to hear: “It’s going to be ok” or “I love you” or “You’re on my mind”, etc. Try mixing up some actions with some words, I believe you will obtain great results.
What do u look for in a person to talk or get close with when that time comes?
I answered –
I look for someone that is real. I don’t like liars or people that front to be something that they’re not just to impress me. I also look for someone that is realistic (has their feet on the ground but working to get to the sky). I’m looking for someone that doesn’t care about looks because that’s not all I have to offer. I’m also looking for someone that aspires to have a true relationship with God because He’s #1 in my life.
I would like to find someone that is faithful, loyal & true. Someone that believes in himself. Someone that has the courage to take risks in life no matter how high the cost. I’m looking for someone that will be willing to share a lifetime of happiness and live his life to the maximum without having regrets for any former mistakes – knowing that errors in life have made him a stronger human being. I’m looking for someone that is determined, who knows what he wants and is heading towards it. Someone that doesn’t need the attention of others to live, but rather, someone who is independent and can take care of himself.
There is so much more – If you want more details, feel free to reply to this blog as a comment and I will be sure to add more.
